Windows 10: Prob with right-click WinExplorer ->Context -> New ?Help?

Windows 10 :
Prob with right-click WinExplorer ->context -> new ?
I recently installed wpsOffice freeware from kingSoft and tried to uninstall .
It went thru all the motions , but left many kingSoft Folder
which cannot be deleted , saying 'can't deleted Folder, program in use' .
In winExplorer and right-click up comes context menu
when I click on New up comes a 2nd Menu
that offers the type of file type to create .
Most of the entries , I don't know and are from kingSoft .

Is there a program (freeware ?) I can use to Edit/Delete the items in this menu ?
Also I need to reset FileAssociatiions for these FileTypes .

change the right click "new" context menu options

How may I edit the right click context menu to add apps or options that are relevant. Right click on the desktop and a menu pops up offering to "view > ", or " sort by >" and so forth. Under right click "new > " after "folder" and "shortcut" are a list
of totally useless (to me) choices for a new Microsoft word document or data base document or a number of other Microsoft apps that I do not have or use. How may I edit the right click context menu to add apps or options that are relevant. Thank you

 

No shortcut option on right click desktop


A very good suggestion which has highlight another problem, when I right click ANY folder and select Properities, nothing happens
