Windows 10: probelm with xusb.21

Im a noob with a probelm

i just got the beta and i think it resolved my probelm but do you think thqt 25mhz will do anything or hurt my card? with stock coling

 

original App from windows 10 Gone after stuck chkdsk.exe and shutdown

i got 159Gb out of 558Gb. the disk problem is not the probelm i think.ill try your step

 

V-Bucks probelm

So, My parent bought me 1 000 v-bucks in Fortnite by my parent's credit card. And somehow i did not receive them. It said that the moneys will be refund in 3-5days. Can anybody help me? Or does anybody have the same probelm.
