Windows 10: problem after updating windows 11

hello, few days ago windows 11 installed some updates and after that autodesk autocad stopped workin the problem is that the program opens and then whatever i click it freezes and i have to close is from the task mnager by the endtask button. i contacted autodesk support and the asked me to reinstall the program after trying many solutions and nothing worked and they said at this point the problem is something related to the windows files or maybe driver updates. i check if my drivers are all up to date and i think they all are but i really need a professional support from your side in order t

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
