Windows 10: Problem after Windows 10 update

Hello,
I just updated from Windows 7 to Windows 10 on my TOSHIBA Satellite L655. Now, I can't use nore the keyboard neither the mouse, and the desktop hasn't loaded all my previous applications. I tried to reboot : same problem. I didn't found a similar case on the internet. How could I use my computer again ?

windows 10 update problem

I just buy new dell laptop core intel i3 -7100u processer. All software installed but stopped in updating windows 10 when it started. How can I solve this problem ?

My personal contact information and icons/photo is also screwed up since then.

 

Start by checking in device manager if all hardware driver are correctly installed. If not you have to get the drivers from manufacturer site. What applications have not been loaded ? maybe some compatibility issue with some of them?

The problem is that I can't navigate on my computer, because of no keyboard and no mouse... Furthermore, as it is a laptop computer, mouse and keyboard are integrated. My Nimi Place application hasn't been loaded on the desktop, and the computer doesn't detect when I plug electricity in or out.

 

Try connecting a usb mouse to your computer and see if you can use the mouse. This will help fix the problem.
Worst case if windows is activated now you can do a clean install. But better get this one working before doing so

 

Is it an option for you to hook up an external mouse ? True like to check the device manager and even check windows updates.
When you say applications, you mean software that you had on it before windows 10, possible compatibility issues with them or corrupted upgrade

 

I rebooted once more, and now the problem is solved. I definitly don't understand anything to the logic of computers !

Not sure how long has this been happening, as said maybe was updates need to go through still.
