Windows 10: Problem and solution to Mail locking up

I've been using Windows 10 Mail for about 2 years now. I use Mail as the primary interface to my multiple email accounts Yahoo, Google, MSN, etc.. This way, I have one window for mail.Problem:Occasionally, I found Mail would "lock-up" and not synchronize with the email accounts. For instance, I would notice people would not get my emails or I would no longer receive emails. I noticed this, because I wouldn't even receive spam or junk mail!Solution:I tried multiple times to start/stop Mail, refresh the synchronization, reset options, etc. all to no-avail. This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

I did that to no avail, then I ran WSReset.exe; now I'm good on all 3, Mail, Calendar and People! *Confused

Thanks for the quick reply. While your suggestion does change the sign in process, it doesn't address the differing screenshot question. Following the steps doesn't make the login screenshot the same as the Lock screenshot. As I mentioned, I can't even find the screenshots being used for both screens.

Still looking a solution to this. Open to any other suggestions you might have to the problem. Thanks!
