Windows 10: Problem booting Windows 10, cursor with black screen

Hello, I am Emad I faced a problem in booting Windows 10, The Windows logo appears and then the cursor with a black screen and remains like this, I could not determine the problem, I moved the hard disk between 3 devices and the same problem, the cursor and the black screen, all devices are fine and boot from them with other disks, I copied the entire Windows to another disk using one of the programs in order to try possible solutions, the original disk has a gpt partition, I changed the copy disk to mbr, I need to boot This Windows,thank you in advance

I have tried following the steps of booting into safe mode, going into the control panel and uninstalling the latest windows update that caused the 'Windows black screen with cursor' error. However, now it wont even boot to the desktop, it will show 'Automatic repairs being done' and then automatically booting to safe mode. Upon checking my BIOS, the SSD drive with windows installed with it, is not even showing up in the boot list/priority. (still able to see drive in bios under System status and when checking under windows installation time.)

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.

So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?
