Windows 10: Problem changing Title in file properties, subject changes also

Discus and support Problem changing Title in file properties, subject changes also in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; When i change the title in a file properties it changes the subject to the same and i think vice versa how can i prevent this thanks i did post this...     Problem changing Title in file properties, subject changes also


    When i change the title in a file properties it changes the subject to the same and i think vice versa how can i prevent this thanks i did post this elsewhere but was in a tutorial so guess that was wrong, sorry

    Problem changing Title in file properties, subject changes also

    I am changing the properties in Image files, varying between Jpg and Tiff, I change the title property in windows explorer, but when I click ok or apply the text is ‘copied’ to the subject field, maybe there is a third party GUI App that can be suggested, which allows lossless changing of individual properties without changing others as well.....thanks

    I've just checked a jpg and I can use File explorer to set its Properties, Details - Title & Subject as I wish.

    My png files do not have either of these Properties.

    I don't have any other image file types [extensions] examples to test.
