Windows 10: Problem creating and deleting some new web page shortcuts.

I prefer old school "IE Favorites" which were Windows "Shortcuts" to web pages.The problem has been happening for months now, so it is not related to recent updates of Windows or FireFox.Win10 Home V 22H2 build 19045.2486I drag from browser address bar FireFox V108.0.2 64bit and drop into Explorer. Most of the time it works, but sometimes there is a message about an invalid location I'll capture the message next time it happens and paste . It appears to be referring to the location generated for the shortcut file.Most of the time I just create the shortcut "manually": Right click > New

Adding shortcut to desktop from web page

Please let us know, which browser are you using to do so?

Follow the steps below to create shortcuts of websites on the Desktop:

• When you are viewing a website, right click on the web page and select the Create Shortcut option. The shortcut will be placed on the Desktop.
• You can also right click the Desktop and select New/Shortcut. In the Location Box, paste the URL to the website.
• Click Next and Name the shortcut and Click Finish.
• You can also drag the Icon at the left end of the Address Bar and drop it on the Desktop, when viewing a website to create a shortcut.

creating new folder problem in windows 10 creator

The problem you've encountered in creating a folder could be caused by software or program conflict as the issue appeared a few days after installing the Windows 10 Creators update. For us to know if this only occurs when creating a new folder from the desktop,
we suggest that you try creating a new folder using a keyboard shortcut or from File Explorer. Please refer to the steps below:

• Click on the desktop.
• Press CTRL + SHIFT + N.
• A new folder should be created.

Creating a new folder from File Explorer.

• Open File Explorer.

Building a Web Page Help

I am building a web page for my store and i admit its not my strong point. I have used Dreamweaver CS4 and the site when uploaded to the server does not show the frames i used to design the web page.

Any suggestions?
