Windows 10: Problem deleting games. ( HELP )

I was on windows support for like 2 hours straight, nice people but could not help me.

Every time I delete a game 11gb size it stays there. I tried many troubleshooting but nothing worked.

Tried:

Deleting from Xbox app beta

Applications settings

Tree size: marks error when deleting

Local folder: Appears as mb or kb rather than the 11 gb.

This has happened to me before with a 3gb game which Has not bees fixed. This is a bigger game so I really hope someone can help me.

If you don't want to see them everyday, you can remove their shortcuts from the games folder.

To do this, follow these steps:

• open file explorer
• go to windows folder
• go to start menu
• go to programs>games
• delete the game's shortcut from there by tapping-n-holding on the shortcut
