Windows 10: Problem downgrade from windows 11 to 10

Hi, I wanted do downgrade from Win11 to Win10 but it broke. After booting it always ended up saying "Restoring your previous version of Windows" and then blue screen that shows Ntfs.sys and it loops all the time. I've tried to open safe mode or recovery mode but it cant. I tried to turn it of three times as I got told on the Microsoft Support but it didn’t work too. I only can access bios with F2 but i didnt know what can i do with it. I've tried many ways to open safe mode and command prompt but no result. I cant even access windows it just keeps looping in the process of restoring previous v

I just reran the Media Creation Tool that I just downloaded a few minutes ago. It took less than three minutes to create the ISO file on my medium powered computer with NVMe SSD and 500 Mbps internet connection. Maybe try restarting your computer and downloading a fresh Media Creation Tool? Make sure to note where the ISO file is stored at the last step:

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”

I would try these:

• Get your Windows 7 media device and reinstall Windows
• Try auto-repair
• Follow these steps:

1. Put in your Windows 10 media device, boot into the USB
2. Select your language and keyboard input, then click next.
3. Click "Repair this computer"
4. Go to "Advanced options"
5. click system restore
6. Select a restore point before you downgraded to Windows 7.
