Windows 10: Problem downloading Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package x86

So I've been trying to download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package x86 and x64 as its a required to download a game on EA, I cannot finish downloading it because I don't have it. I've tried downloading all versions including the most up to date one, but for some odd reason the 2010 version specifically cannot be downloaded. At first, I was having issues opening the setup as it would give me the error "Another Installation In Progress Please Complete Installation Before Continuing" I managed to bypass it and get it to start downloading. After it seems to finish another error

• Uninstall other antivirus/antispyware software on the machine prior to installing
  Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86).
• Antivirus/antispyware software may not uninstall completely and it would require running the appropriate cleanup tool to do a clean uninstall. These tools are typically found within the product sites. After completing a clean uninstall using the
  clean up tools, reboot the PC machine, and then install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86).
• Make sure that the Windows Installer service is running

Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x86) not installing

This error may occur when the Microsoft Visual C++ is not compatible with 10.

I suggest you to uninstall any existing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package and install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package to check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

Step 1: Uninstall the exiting Microsoft Visual C++.

a) Press Windows key + x key and select Programs and Features.

b) Right click on the Microsoft Visual C++ and uninstall it.

Step 2: Download the latest Microsoft Visual C++ and install it.

Cannot download 2008 AND 2010 Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package (x86) and (x64) on Windows 10
