Windows 10: Problem downloading money sunset deluxe on my new laptop

I'm trying to download Microsoft money sunset deluxe on my new laptop with windows 10 and I keep getting an error message saying that the operation requires elevation. I went into command prompt and made sure that I am the administrator and it still doesn't work. Any suggestions would be most appreciated. I've seen where some say to right click on the file and click run as administrator, but if it won't download how can I right click on it?

Help! I love my money program!

• Press Windows key+ R to run command to open.
• Type regedit to open Registry Editor.

"Version"="9.11.10240.0" (originally: 9.11.10240.16384)



Note:

Trying to download Money Plus Sunset Deluxe on Windows 10 on a laptop. After downloading and clicking on execute file, this message appears and nothing else can be done:

Error creating process

Reason: The requested operation requires elevation.

Any suggestions on steps to help with the download please?

Money Plus Sunset Deluxe

I have money 2006 at my office and I downloaded Money Plus Sunset Deluxe on my home computer to be able to make entries/adjustments so I can access from either place without using a thumb drive. How do I set it up to where the backup pulls from my Microsoft
cloud?
