  1. Problem enabling diagnostic and feedback to optional!

I am trying to get preview build of windows and in windows insider it is asking to enable optional diagnostic settings. But in diagnostic settings it is set to first option and they are greyed out with above saying "Some settings are managed by your organization". This is a personal laptop and not part of any organization.Version: Windows 10 Home 21H1Build: 19043.1081

    Feedback & Diagnostics Settings

I was running the Windows 10 Troubleshooter and afterwards I was going to give some feedback but when the page went to the Feedback & Diagnostics page the error message (shown in red) "Some settings are hidden or managed by your organization" was at the
top of the page and my options to change my settings were greyed out. I had this problem previously but for the life of me I can't remember how I fixed it. I've Googled everything I can but nothing has helped. I'm running Windows 10 Home so gpedit.msc isn't
an option. I do have iolo System Mechanic running on my PC and laptop so it may have made some changes to both but I'm unsure how to undo those changes to see if that helps. Any suggestions on how to reset these settings in the Privacy/Feedback & Diagnostic
settings would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!!!

    Troubleshooter feedback

    Hi,

We thank you for providing your feedback on Windows 10.
I suggest that you provide your suggestions and feedbacks in the dedicated
Feedback App. Follow these steps to provide suggestions in Windows Feedback App.

At any time, select Start, and then type Windows Feedback
to send us your opinions and suggestions. Windows Feedback is only available if you have Diagnostic and usage data set to Full (Full is the recommended setting).

To change the Diagnostic and usage data setting, go to Start , then select
Settings > Privacy > Feedback & diagnostics, and then, under
Diagnostic and usage data, select an option.

Hope this helps you. Feel free to post us if you need further assistance with Windows. We’ll be glad to assist you.

    Thank you.
