Windows 10: problem!!!! I cant reset my pc and like most of the advanced options dont work!!!

When i try to boot up my pc, it just shows it cant reset it or anything, doing the uninstalling updates wont work, startup repair wont work, and the rest expect for uefi firmware settings and command prompt!!!

Pc stuck at advanced options

Ive been trying to open my pc but when I do, it goes into automatic repair and goes into advanced options, Ive watched and tried multiple youtube videos on this subject but nothing works, resetting pc physically didnt work, ive tried multiple command prompts, booting it up on safe mode didnt work, and any other option on the advanced options menu didnt work, I didnt download anything recently except for an editing app and the videos used for it, and the most recent virus scan said that I had no problems. Its been like this for a long time and I seriously dont know what to do.

 

No Option for Reset My PC

Rohan, the option is not there. Troublshoot is supposed to have two options reset pc and advance options with options like system restore. I dont see the reset pc option at all.
