    Problem in admin privileges


    "When I want to grant my user admin privileges and I give them this command that is Replace owner on subcontainers and objects and hit apply it gives me this error :Error Applying Security An error occurred while applying security information to: C:\DumpStack.log.tmp The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

    Need help with Admin privileges

    That's what puzzles me, I am logged-in as (my username) but still won't give me admin privileges. I checked under control panel/users amd it shows me as a local account. Tried to right click on CMD prompt but the "RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR" doesn't show up
