    Problem in email verification


    Hi, As Microsoft tried to send me a verification code for my Gmail, the code never come, I've tried to add some Microsoft contacts to Google Contacts but it didn't work out, and no, I've double check the Spam, and now I'm unable to verify my account.

    The two-step verification emails show up in my inbox but I added a rule to mark the domain name safe a long time ago (verified that "techpowerup.com" is still in the safe sender list).

    Two ways out of this.

    • Try requesting for the verification email to be resent on a PC browser.
    • you could also consider chatting with gethelp.live.com > BILLING > CONTACT US. Find out what is wrong with the id.
