Windows 10: Problem in Reactivating Windows10 ProductKey

Having problem in reactivating windows10 product key after hardware change and the message I received was my product key was blocked

ProductKey error

Hi,

my hard disk got damaged and I bought a SSD one. I updated to windows10 in the old one

but I can´t do it the SSD, the message I get is that my ProductKey is invalid.

I had problems with my ProductKey in the past because I bought Windows 7 64 bits ultimate

on Ebay. To activated it I needed the Microsoft support to valid my ProductKey.

I can´t find an email to contact with Microsoft in order to send them my ProductKey and the

bill of my windows 7 purchased on Ebay so the valid my ProductKey again and I can

upgrade from windows 7 to windows 10 again.

To troubleshoot your issue, we suggest doing these following troubleshooting methods:

Method 1

• Turn off your PC.
• Press and hold Shift then turn on your PC.
• Wait for the setup (set up fixes the problem automatically).

Method 2

• Create a media creation tool by following the steps in this
  link.
• Select your preferred installation option and wait for the process to finish.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
