Windows 10: problem in regedit

Discus and support problem in regedit in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Policy Manager can anyone guide me on how to access this back? i think i mess...     can anyone guide me on how to access this back? i think i mess up all the permission in it

    edit:
    i did this that you posted and deleted after and it worked:
    psexec -i -d -s c:\windows\regedit.exe

    but the problem is still there *Frown problem in regedit :(

    Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

    That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
    a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
    b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

    I suggest Option 1 is easier.

    If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

    How about psexec -i -d -s \\192.XXX.XXX.X c:\windows\regedit.exe? *Smile problem in regedit :)
    (type in IP or network name of the laptop)
