    Problem in reinstalling WinRar


    Hi.I've uninstalled WinRar for some reasons. When I've tried to install the .exe file downloaded from their site, a window keep popping-up asking to continue with uninstall Winrar. I already check my apps and Winrar is already not on the list.

    .rar file to winRAR

    Hi G41axyX

    Do you have WinRAR installed on your PC?

    If so: right click a RAR, choose 'Open With' - Choose Another App

    Important - Check the box marked 'Always use this app to open rar . . .'

    If WinRAR is not in the list, scroll to the bottom and click 'More Apps'

    Again if WinRAR is not in the list, at the bottom, click 'Look for another app on this PC', then navigate to find the WinRAR executable . . .

    Problems with winrar and instal exe's

    i'd run windows update and then uninstall winrar and reboot then scan registry with either CCleaner or RegMechanic and fix up registry conflicks then reinstall winrar and try again.GL*Toast :toast:

    Problems with winrar and instal exe's

    i'm having sirieus problems with Winrar and instal exe files when i open them winrar crashed or the instal shield crashed this hapent today a hour ago right now i am scanning for virus but i had this before a year ago and forced me to reinstall windows is there a way to fix it?
    i tryd System recovery but doest work
