    Problem in XPS 13 dell


    Hi,


    I have a new laptop XPS 13 of dell, and for some reason there is a graphic problem when using universal docking station


    I am using windows 10 20H2 version latest version


    The problem is like that:

    1. when doing right on directory for example, and moving the mouse you should see the background in grey where is the mouse located, but in my case there is no color .


    2. When using google for example and searching, it opens suggested result and when using the keyboard going down i don`t see the marking.


    3. Using specific software i use , there is option going down in a list by dropping the button down like a mouse, but i don`t see the button


    When disconnecting the docking station everything is ok.


    Can someone has an idea to solve this problem.

    I attach a picture where the mouse is located on "Open in new window" and you see there is now color in the backgroundfor some reason in the picture i don`t see the cursor, it maybe also another problem in the graphics : Problem in XPS 13 dell 125b34f3-0ee4-4c10-95cc-35e758a2e397?upload=true.png

    Dell XPS 13 9333 - Windows couldnt not complete the installation, to install windows on this computer, please restart the installation

    According to Dell's official Windows 10 Creators Update page, the Dell xps 13 9333 is not listed as tested:

    You can try a manual upgraded as suggested in my previous reply using the ISO in addition to the 12 steps before upgrading.

    Hi, I recently purchased a dell xp 13 but I have a question, while I picked up my laptop the lady there said I need to go to dell.ca to update my software. How do I go to dell to update my software. Can anyone help

    Thank you for your response. I checked the specifications of Dell XPS 13 9300 and I see here that there is a version that is not touch-capable.

    I suggest that you ask the store if the laptop you purchased is touch-capable.
