Windows 10: Problem installing software on Windows 10 Home Edition

I work for a company with a lot of users working from home utilizing their personal laptops so we cannot control the version of Windows they have installed. We are using Talkdesk and Envision for them to make calls and record their calls Calls need to be reviewed due to legal reasons. When we install Envision on Windows 10 Pro, installs and woorks fine. When we install on Windows 10 Home Edition it installs but it does not launch.

Checked Registry, software shows up under HKLM>Software>Syswow but not HKCU. Of course software publisher says it works fine on THEIR Windows 10 Home Edition. Is there a particular setting that would prevent this software from installing?

There very simple and i've already tried them. The problem that i face is that the software (this app) does not find any updates for me .
Many people across the world have this issues .So you need the proxy etc thing to get it to work.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
