Windows 10: Problem Installing Windows 10 to Dell OptiPlex 7050

I have a Dell Optiplex 7050 MT Quad-Core i7-6700 3.40GHz with 64GB of RAM and a new Samsung 2TB Evo Plus M.2 Drive installed. So Windows has NEVER been installed on the M2 drive I'm booting the Windows 10 Installer from a Scandisk USB thumb drive created with the Microsoft Media Creation tool.The screen below appears for a few seconds and then the machine reboots. Again, and again, and again.Anyone have any useful ideas ??

Dell Optiplex Clean Install of Windows 10

We have 20 new Dell Optiplex 7020s on the way with Windows 7 preloaded. I'd like to know the steps to perform a clean install of Windows 10.

Windows Update Failed to start on Windows 7 Pro in Dell Optiplex 790, 7010 & 7050 model

What are those Windows Updates that causing Windows Failed to start normally (getting BSOD) on Windows 7 Pro in Dell Optiplex 790, 7010 & 7050 model? Although the quick solution is reimaging the pc BUT still need to try repairing it first before considering
the last option which is to reimage the computer. Very little percentage to successfully restart in a Safe Mode or Last Know Good Configuration. Repairing it with the Widows 7 Pro CD is also not working most of the time. Any idea which KBs Windows Updates
or Security Updates that need not to be installed? Thank you,
