Windows 10: Problem installing Windows 24H2 BITS service error

On January 14th I went ahead and install the Windows 11 24H2 feature update. While I had no issues during the installation process, the very next day I noticed I was being prompted to install the same update again. Curiously, the 24H2 update is listed as "successfully installed" under my windows update history. Even more curiously, when I check my system information, it says I am currently using version 23H2. Before you reply, I ran the windows update troubleshooter and it says it detected an issue and gave me the following informationetection Details Postback_RC_PendingUpdates IsPostback: F

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

I tried the sfc /scannow. After it scanned it said it found no problems, I restarted, and it still didn't install, however, the logs are a bit clearer now, there was a problem starting the Volume Shadow Copy Service so I set that to start automatically. Then the problem got more specific:

Product: Microsoft Office Shared MUI (English) 2010 (Beta) -- Error 1719. The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance.

So I checked my programs list (due to previous experience) and found that this had already been installed, perhaps corruptly, so I'm uninstalling that now with Perfect Uninstaller. I'll try to reinstall after that and post the results.
