    I am unable to tap a letter to jump to a section of the alphabet of the app list. I was able to before though.

    By the way, the jump list won't disappear when you remove apps to under the threshold. The only way to remove the jump list is to remove apps until you have less than 45 and then perform a hard reset.



    Unless something has changed in GDR2 or GDR3 that I wasn't aware of. Maybe installing an OS update will also remove the jump list in the same way as a hard reset.



    Nicole, do you have the alphabetic letter tiles in your app list, or is it just a list of apps? Did you install a system update recently?

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
