    Problem loading email


    I have installed Outlook on a new computer that runs Windows 10. It allows me to open and read most emails, but occasionally it will generate a green bar as if it were loading something with the word "downloading..." above it. After that, nothing happens. If I close Outlook and then open it again, the problem is usually solved, but then it will recur on future emails. Has anybody else encountered this problem and been able to solve it?

    PhotonI5, do you host your email server yourself? You could debug what happens with the help of Wireshark, them. For example, do you use IMAP
    and your own certificate authority for SSL/TLS?
