    Problem logging into Money 99


    I have been using Microsoft Money 99 for about 20 years with no problems. I have recently bought a new computer with Windows 11 because my existing PC would not upgrade to Win 11. I installed Money onto the new PC with no problems and opened my Money file with the password I have always used. Today when I tried to open it I got an error message that I have entered the wrong password. Despite repeated attempts and checking I have entered the password correctly it will not open. How do I find out what the password is in order to log in again? I have tried restoring the file using Backup wi

    Cannot access Microsoft Money 99 in Windows 10

    Original post: upgrade from win 8 yo win 10

    recently up graded. However I no longer have access to old money ( money 99) programme or list of favourites.

    Any idea how I can get them back ?

    Money 99 on Windows 10

    Thanks for this - Money 99 had worked without problems through all upgrades until the massive upgrade on 24/25 September 2016 when the exact same problem occurred. This fix has cured it - I can't say how relieved I am!
