    Problem logging on to Xbox games - error code 1170000.


    For weeks now I have been unable to logon to Solitaire or Mahjong, to complete the daily challenges. I can log on to the website, but not from the Windows 10 app.

    Any ideas?

    MS NEEDS TO STEP UP AND DEAL WITH THIS ISSUE... All of the posts below are completely lacking any response, either from the Xbox wing of MS or the Windows wing...is ANYONE reading these? Search results for "1170000"

    Is anyone else having problems opening the MS Solitaire Collection at the moment?

    I don't think the URL in that message is correct, however, a web search with the search term ms solitaire error 1170000 provided
    a Facebook page titled
    Error Codes & How to Fix Your Game    . That web page included lots of good information about the error code, starting off like this:

    "1170000 - Xbox Live couldn't sign you in. Usually this means that there's a current Xbox Live outage, or a Windows Update that didn't install..."
