Hello! I have a lumia 640 ds since 2016(i bought it with win phone 8.1 now runing win 10 mobile). After latest updates I noticed some problems. "Double tap to wake up phone" does not work,
even if the setting was made. Camera can't be accessed from the "lock screen", in the past its working when i touch the camera on the navigation bar, now nothing it happens. And the most annoying problem is when i finish i phone call,
i take the phone from my ear and the screen remain black. I touch the screen..... and nothing....i press the power button 2-3 times ....and finally the screen its open. I setup my phone to turn on the speaker when i move my phone away from my ear and still
nothing. Its strange because my wife have the same lumia 640 ds and hers does not have none of these issues.

Yesterday I upgrade my Lumia 640 ds with Windows 10, and I found one problem, I cannot see my contact. The msg is"the contact is already in the phone". Probably the contacts are hidden, but I cannot see them.

Please help me.

Hello! A few days ago I dropped my microsoft lumia 640 ds in the water. I took all the steps to save it, and it now works. However, when I plug it to charge, an exclamation point appears on the screen and the phone vibrates, but it doesn't charge at all.
It functions very well when it is not plugged in. How can I solve this?
