Hace unos 7 meses no he podido abrir Microsoft Store, Calculadora, Paint y algunas otras aplicaciones. He intentado ir a Aplicaciones -> <La aplicación que no funciona> -> reparar / reinstalar.Por lo que probado commandos como este todo como administrador:Get-AppXPackage *windowscalculator* -AllUsers Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "

    Microsoft Store error 0x800706BE and apps such as Calculator, Notepad, Paint etc. not opening

    I've wasted many hours googling for a Windows 11 problem which presented itself in the following form:

    • Microsoft Store error 0x800706BE appearing when trying to update apps
    • Couldn't open Notepad, Paint, Calculator and other basic Windows apps
    • In the Start Menu some Windows apps icons had no labels

    Microsoft signals end of Paint program

    Microsoft has confirmed that it will continue to offer its graphics program Paint.

    In a recent update, it had listed Paint as a feature that would be either removed or no longer developed.

    Paint, renowned for its simplicity, has been part of the Windows operating system since its launch in 1985.

    Microsoft suggested it would not remain on Windows 10 by default but did say it would be available for free on the Windows Store.
