Windows 10: Problem Opening Whiteboard

Hi,I am using windows 11 and I am not able to open Microsoft whiteboard. I uninstalled the app and downloaded but didn't work. I also tried running it as administrator but this appeared

Hi Azad,

Asper your description, may I know are you using Microsoft whiteboard app to export. If possible, could you please share a step how did you try to
export a Microsoft Whiteboard Canvass or some related screenshot of better understand.

Also, could you please share with us screenshot of error message.

Whiteboard - unable to export

Dear Sir

I am a teacher and I use MS Whiteboard in my online class. I use a graphics tablet to write on the Whiteboard (I use a desktop). After my class, I export my canvass as a high quality image using the export option in Whiteboard.

After exporting, when I open my canvass, I get the following message:

"This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below"

This means there is nothing on my canvass.

This has happened many a time. So when my students want me to email the canvass after the class, often it is a blank canvass.

I need to resolve this problem. So please help me. Thank you very much for your help.
