Windows 10: Problem regarding installing new updates for windows 10

I have been using Windows 10 since from a month or two and decided to update it. My all the files approximately size 6GB is already been downloaded with help of "Windows 10 Update assistant". Now when it comes to installation i've been getting error like,'Sorry,we are having trouble determining if Your pc can run windows 10'. I have restarted my PC several times, tried re downloading the update, ran your windows update troubleshooter but no solution. My specs--1TB HardDrive, 4GBDDR3, 2.0Ghz AMD A8 processor.

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP

Thank you for trying to help , i did tried your suggestion but it did not work :/ , nothing seems to make it work on Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709. In the meantime i have bought a new SoundBlasterX AE-5 and it did installed flawlessly , no problems whatsoever. it is up to Creative ( drivers ) and Microsoft ( bug fix ) to fix this huge bugs with Audio.

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?
