Windows 10: problem removing bluthooth devices

Couple days ago my sculpt comfort mouse stop working. I tried to remove it from the device list to reconnected it again, but the mouse would not show up in a pairing list. What I noticed was that anytime I would remove any of the devices from the Bluetooth list, it would reaper back after I would turn on and off the Bluetooth. So, what I did was I change the Bluetooth support service to automatic, and I was able to remove the mouse successfully from the list and reconnect it to the laptop. yesterday, The same thing happens again. The mouse stop working, and now anytime I remove it from the device list under Bluetooth setting, it will reappear after turning on and off the Bluetooth. I still can connect my headphone to my laptop, but not the mouse nor I can delete any of the Bluetooth devices from my laptop.

Here is what I tried so so far:

Windows is up to date.

Updating Bluetooth driver through device manager.

Removing devices through device manager.

sfc /scannow.

The Bluetooth support service solution.

Bluetooth trouble shoot.

Hardware trouble shoot.

The shutdown/r solution.

Dell trouble shoot


Any help would greatly appreciated.

problem in bluthooth connection

Hi everyone,
I have HCL ME laptop. Before a week I bought a bluetooth drive, 1st two days its worked properly, but now, it only receive data from other device but couldn't able to send data to other device. Can any one give me suggestion.

 

windows 7 bluthooth problem

every time i try to connect to other phones is comes up in red not supported....can you share music and videos via bluthooth on this phone i,m being told different by other people in shops

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
