    Problem Resetting


    Recently I bought a new laptop, and started to set it up. I logged into my outlook account on the laptop and proceeded to set up login. It first prompted me to set the fingerprint, so I did, and then continued to set my PIN. However, I had emergency, so in rush I tried saving my PIN and closed my laptop. After resolving my situation, I come back trying to log into my laptop, and tried logging I could, as there was option to sign in or to use my fingerprint. Since the laptop was new, I didn't have anything in it, so I tried factory resetting it, but when I tried to do so, it said there was erro
