    Black Screen after Log on


    Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

    Glitching After Updating To Windows 10

    Hi Ahsiek,

    Display errors might have caused by an incompatible drivers. For us to isolate the issue, we would like to know the following:

    • What is the
      build number and version of your Windows      ?
    • When you say glitch, does it mean that the screen flickers?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
    • What is the make and model of your Windows 10 laptop?

    In the meantime, we suggest that you update the graphics driver of your Windows 10 by following the steps given on this article:

    Screen glitches after logging in from logged off stage

    No, I haven't made recent changes and haven't got any error messages. Also haven't tried any troubleshooting steps after cleaning my laptop.

    I just noticed that the screen works fine if I wake up the screen after the glitched screen goes off.
