Windows 10: Problem solved: ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 Driver Problem Windows 10

Hallo zusammen.


Da ich schon mehrere Male das gleiche Treiber-Problem mit dem ATI HD 4550 hatte, hier die Lösung bzw die Treiber Dateien & Links:

In verschiedenen anderen Threads gibt es eine Anleitung dazu. Leider sind die Links alle nicht erreichbar, da ATI die Weiterleitung verschleiert. Deshalb hier eine alternative.


Ich habe das etwas anders gelöst, als hier beschreiben.

1. Rechte Maustaste auf das Win-Start-logo
2. Geräte Manager auswählen
3. Grafikkarte auswählen + Doppelklick
4. Treiber, dann auf Treiber aktualisieren
5. Computer nach Treibern durchsuchen unten
6. Aus einer Liste verfügbarer Treiber auswählen
7. Entweder steht der schon in der Liste drin, wenn Du es runtergeladen hast, oder...
8. Datenträger und das Verzeichnis auswählen bzw den Trieber direkt
9. Z.B aus dem Ordner W68A_INF und die Datei: C7160540.inf
10. Dann sollte es bis zu 30 Sekunden dauern und der Treiber ist installiert
11. Jetzt noch mal Neustarten und freuen. Seltsam das Windows 10 das nicht hinbekommt

Die Dateien bei Box, wurden von der ati.com Seite runtergeladen. Da Windows mittlerweile die Installation anderer Software exe Datei für andere/ältere Betriebssysteme sperrt, habe ich die Dateien als fertige exe hochgeladen aber auch als einzelne Dateien. Ich hatte es bereits vor 2 Jahren mit einem anderem Rechner installiert, da ging das ganze ohne Probleme. Mit der neuen Windows 10 Version, lässt sich dieser Treiber leider nicht mehr über die ati Webseite installieren.


Ich hoffe ich konnte Euch etwas helfen. Ich habe 4 Stunden für die Suche/Installation gebraucht das es einfach nicht ging.


Ah ja, immer alle Dateien vorher scannen. Sie sind zwar sauber aber ich verlasse mich auch nie auf solche Aussagen.

Since I already had the same driver problem with the ATI HD 4550 several times, here is the solution or the driver files & links:

There are instructions on how to do this in various other threads. Unfortunately none of the links can be reached because ATI disguises the forwarding. So here's an alternative.







I solved it a little differently than described here.







Right click on the Win-Start logo

Select Device Manager

Select graphics card + double click

Driver, then Update Driver

Browse Computer for Drivers below

Select from a list of available drivers

Either it's already in the list when you've downloaded it, or ...

Select the data carrier and the directory or the driver directly

E.g. from the folder W68A_INF and the file: C7160540.inf

Then it should take up to 30 seconds and the driver is installed

Now restart again and look forward to it. Strange that Windows 10 can't do that













The files at Box were downloaded from the ati.com site. Since Windows now blocks the installation of other software exe files for other / older operating systems, I uploaded the files as a finished exe, but also as individual files. I had already installed it 2 years ago with another computer, so everything went without any problems. With the new Windows 10 version, this driver can unfortunately no longer be installed via the ati website.







I hope I could help you a little. It took me 4 hours to search / install which just didn't work.







Ah yes, always scan all files beforehand. They are clean, but I never rely on such statements.

ATI Radeon 4300/4500


Any one had any luck using ati radeon hd 4300/hd 4500 series with windows 10?

 

ATI Driver 4300/4500 HD

Hello.

Just thought I would offer up this information in the hope that it may help.

Recently, Windows 10 did an automatic update on drivers, and I lost the option for the
1600x900 resolution which I also need.

What I noticed, if I opened my Device Manager (right click on
start menu and click on Device Manager) and then double-clicked on
Display Adapters, I got ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 series displaying.

If I then right-clicked on this (ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 series) and then clicked on
Properties, it was showing "No Drivers Installed for this device"

Next, I right-clicked on my desk-top screen and clicked on
Display Settings. There was an option to Display Adapter Properties. After clicking on this, it was showing
"Microsoft Basic Display Driver" and this was up to date.

I was confused at this point as I am no wizard when it comes to computers. I realised that I had an option here, but I was too scared to install or update the
ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 series as I thought there might be some sort of conflict that would make matters worse.

So, I contacted support, and this is what solved the issue.

Go back to the Device Manager (right click on start menu) and
update the ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 series where it gives you that option. The trick is though,
update it to January 2015 update. Reason being ? AMD does not have a current working driver for this graphics card.

This is what the technician told me.

He did this for me by remote assistance, but it is a simple step. What I noticed afterwards too is when I looked back in the
Display Adapter Properties (through the desk-top screen), the "Microsoft Basic Display Driver" had gone and was now showing as
ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 series.

Oh, and of course, you get your 1600x900 resolution back !

ATI Driver 4300/4500 HD

I just installed a genuine Windows 10 64bit. I have the ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500. I was asking which drivers should I install. Also, I downloaded a auto detecting app from the website of ATI, and it shows I have A Series APU as my graphics hardware, and
they can't find a driver for my system. Please help!
