Problem switching out of S mode

So I had already downloaded Google and Zoom and it was working fine. I legit just woke up one morning to the apps refusing to open and this blue screen which states, "For security and performance, this mode of Windows only runs Microsoft-verified apps." I do research and learn about S mode and follow the instructions to switch out. Once I get to the app store and clickget it says, "working on it..." IT REMAINS ON THAT SCREEN FOR AN ENTIRE DAY! I left it for a day and nothing. I tired restarting the app but it still wouldn't work. Whenever I download anything off the store it works fine... expect this. I might have to return the laptop which is a shame cause I really like it.

    :)

  2. Airplane mode switch not working

Since the troubleshooting steps that were provided did not resolve the issue, we suggest switching on the Radio Management Service. To do that, please follow the steps below:

    • Press Windows key + R.
    • Type services.msc, then hit Enter.
    • Search for Radio Management Service.
    • Right-click, then choose Start.

Note: Never ever set this service to "Disabled".

Get back to us if the steps won't work.

I am having trouble switching my laptop out of S Mode. I went through the steps that are listed, and the Windows Store is updated and it won't let me click Get when you go to the screen to switch out of S mode.
