Windows 10: Problem - text color background - unreadable

Hello,I have a problem with background of text on my computer.How could I fix it?Hope the images is enough to describe my problem.Thanks for any help.

You can try these steps in changing the
Background color:

• 
  Go to
  Settings.
  
• 
  Choose
  Personalization.
  
• 
  On the left-side of the window, select
  Colors.
  
• 
  Then
  Choose a Color.

Wallpaper (background) color

Hi Aaron,

I realize that the background color changed from blue to black. I will try to help you with this issue.

Close all open windows, restart the computer once and then login to the computer to check if that helps.

Microsoft Edge same color text and background - unreadable

I have a pre-Yoga Lenovo Windows tablet. On the recent update to Windows 10, Microsoft Edge updated and became unreadable. The font and background are the same color. I have Reset Windows several times, without any improvement. What should I try next?
How can I determine if there is not a hardware incompatibility?
