Windows 10: Problem : Unhandled exception has occured in your application. Cannot set Visibility or...

So i was tring to open the program Boom3D but then the icon show on the windows bar but i can't see the window of the program, but then when i close it from the window bar and tried to open it again it shows this window

not sure if this is the place to put this help me question

does anyone kno what kind of error this is..it pop up when i try to play power DVd or wmplayer

it would say "An unhandled win32 exception occured in powerdvd.exe[number]

that number changes everytime

what can i do to fix this problem *Bang Head :banghead:

This error keeps popping up on every login.
