Windows 10: Problem Updating/Reinstalling Windows 10 0xC1900101 - 0x20017

I'm currently having trouble updating windows to 20h2 from 1909. When i try to update with Windows Update, it attempts to update and restart my device. After restarting my device windows says it could not complete the installation. I've also attempted multiple other ways of updating Windows media tool and Windows update assistant. But these also failed.SetupDiag.exe reported this error code: 0xC1900101-0x20017 Googling the error code gave a few tips, i have tried the suggested options removing network drivers, disabling antivirus, unplug all devices, update drivers but to no avai

0xC1900101 - 0x20017 happens every time I install.

If I recall correctly, this worked for most people.

As i am getting error code 0xC1900101 - 0x20017 but you suggested to refer 0xc1900101-0x40017. Just asking which one is right solution for my
issue ?

I have already tried the steps mentioned for error code 0xC1900101 - 0x20017 but No luck.

I also tried to upgrade through Windows Update but same error.
