    Problem Updating to Windows 11


    Hi, I have 4 desktop computers in the house. 2 of them I have updated to Win 11 with no issues. The other 2, which have identical motherboards and CPU's, only one of them, when I run PC health check, shows it is ready to upgrade. The other says, this PC must have secure boot. I have identical BIOS settings and tried all I can, but still the same problem. They are both Asus Prime B450M-K II motherboards with Ryzen 5 3600 CPU,s, The one that will upgrade, has a GTX 1050TI and the problem one has a GTX 750 TI. Although unlikely, I have swapped the graphic cards around, but this made no difference

    I've made this thing for easy fix when Windows Update craps itself. Was having similar issue few days ago...

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
