Windows 10: Problem Updating Windows 11

I want to update my windows firefly zbook into windows 11 i meet the requirements but when i started to update it finishes the download download verification and at the installation it keeps showing random percentages like forom 35% to 84% then back to 12% and so on then a new window pops and says that update failed: heres my windows details:

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
