    HiOne of my friends ran into a problem when she tried to upgrade her Windows 10 Enterprise LSTC build 1809 to Windows 11 EnterpriseAccording to the upgrading tool her CPU, memory and disk space were all ok, but...Her regarding her operating system for the upgrade to windows 11, she needs to contact her system administrator.My questions are:She can't upgrade her operating system, because build 1809 reached end of support on May 11th, 2021?Can she even upgrade her system for free with the same build?Does she need to purchase a new license, if the upgrade is not possible?
