Windows 10: Problem - Win E 64Bit | SysPrep | Ghosting

I install Windows Education 64Bit and than I enter Audit Mode, I change all the stuff the way I wanted it to be put on other systems. I launch my SysPrep back up the image. I booted it back to check it took and sign in with a local user no change. I join the computer to our domain and sign in as a domain user and nope no change and the background was back not set like I did in the main profile. I try different things and still the effect don't seem like it working. I even went to the most basic command to just see if the profile will copy over. Still nothing, nope.

Win 10 Sysprep error

I tried to do sysprep on win 10 professional but show error as "SYSPRP Package Microsoft.BingNews_4.11.156.0_x86__8wekyb3d8bbwe was installed for a user, but not provisioned for all users. This package will not function properly in the sysprep image" in
setupact.log file. I tried to do the steps according to the KB2769827 using powershell with local administrator account but it cannot remove the apps package. Please help.

 

ghosting using norton 2003 ghost

Mustard Seed Ministries of east tx. We refurb donated pc and GIVE them to 5th graders. We've used Norton ghost 2003 with 98 xp and win 7. It does not work for win 10?? Why? Any suggestions . The Ghost will not boot
