Windows 10: Problem Windows Doesnt detect my Razer Kraken Headset Because of the sound driver

Ive got a problem using my mic from my Razer kraken headset. When it doesnt work i try reinstalling the sound drivers from version 10.0.19041.1 with driver date 12/6/2019 since the drivers that windows download automatically cause this problem to occur.But my headset was working properly before the last update of windows. So i would like to give me a solution to my problem. I have done the following things:1. Uninstalling and reinstalling all the sound drivers2. Checking my headset to another pc and it works3. I know its not my laptop's technical problem since my headset after the installatio

Razer Kraken Pro mic not working/not detected on windows 10

My razer kraken pro stopped working after the update to windows 10. I tried reinnstalling the drivers through realtek and now all i have is something labelled "microphone array", and "razer line in". my built in mic works just fine but the mic on the headset
does not. After unplugging and replugging the headset the headset worked but not the mic. microphone array works now when i have my headset plugged in but my razer mic does not. any help?

 

Razer kraken 7.1 surround sound and stereo sound not working.

hello! Recently i was gifted with a razer kraken TE headset. however upon using it, i realized that the surround sound didnt work. For example, if someone is walking next to me in a game, i wouldn't be able to recognize which side he is coming from. I
messaged razer for support and we came to the conclusion that it is a driver issue with my computer. So, i messaged microsoft support about 3 hours ago. The guy sent me instructions, and after doing that , the headset worked. But after going onto a youtube
video, the headset stopped working and the surround sound stopped working. Please help me fix this issue

 

Razer Kraken mic not working

Hello.

My mic is not working. The built in mic (Asus notebook) is working fine, but when I plug in the headset mic (Razer Kraken Pro), it's picking up just a little noise, even when it's turned all the way up. I have installed Razer Surround, the playback is working
(through speakers also through the headset).

I have the latest Realtek Audio driver (6.0.1.7571) and also Windows 10 up-to-date. I found out, that when I roll back the Realtek device in Device Manager, the mic on the Razer Kraken is working. But since the Windows 10 updates automatically, Realtek drivers
get updated and the mic is not working again.

Is there any solution for this issue? I tried to find help on the forums, but for most of the time rolling back the device was the solution, but here the Windows's automatic update system is a problem.
