Windows 10: Problem windows not opened software

Hello, good afternoon.I have a problem with my Windows. First, when I try to open various software such as Photos, MyASUS, Armoury Crate, and others, they can't run properly. For example, when I open the Photos app, the photo initially appears, but after that, it freezes and Photos.exe becomes unresponsive.Not only that, when I open File Manager and right-click on any file, it also freezes and does not respond. Almost all software from disk C cannot be opened. What do you think is the problem I'm facing?Sorry can't attach various photos because screenshots are also problematic

Hi, I tried as you instructed but I had the same problem again. The problem doesn't seem to be with the app. Everything was working fine until I updated to Windows 10. My problem still isn't solved yet. Help me please.

If the issue is with an app which is installed from Store, I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the app and check if that helps. Follow the steps below:

• Right-click on the app in which you are facing the issue and click
  Uninstall.
• Open the Windows Store.
• Search for the app and click on Install.
  
• Check if issue persists.

If the issue is with a software installed, I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the program and check if that helps. Follow the steps below:

• Click on Programs and Features.
• Right click on the software in which you are facing the issue from the list and click on Uninstall.
• Restart the computer after its uninstalled.
• Now reinstall the program and check.

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
