Windows 10: Problem with a new PC and copying from another device

Our new windows 11 pc has copied information from the wrong device, and if I try to delete a file it deletes them from that device too, as they are 'online only' with onedrive. How can I uncouple this new pc from my other one please, and back up from a different one?

The new drive isn't being identified. *Frown

Upon booting and logging it it said it found the new hardware and installed it. So when I go to computer properties and then to devices, it is indeed on the list of storage devices. However in my computer, or in DriveImageXML, it does not appear.

/Disk management solved that. *Smile

//Ok so it asked me if I was sure if I wanted to copy because it would destroy all data on the drive it was copying to...I take it that I was suppose to say yes? Because I did...

Issues with copying the content from Camera to Windows 10

• If so, right click on the driver, click on Properties

Step 2: I suggest you to run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.

• Press Windows key from the keyboard, type
  Troubleshooting and select it.
• Click on view all option on the upper left corner of
  Troubleshooting window.
• Select the Hardware and Device
  options from the list.
• Click Next to run the
  Hardware and Device Troubleshooter.
