Windows 10: Problem with a recently repaired laptop and low-running games

Hello everyone.I have a problem with my laptop I'd like to expose here just in case anyone understands what's happening, because I clearly don't.It suddenly stopped charging a month ago, connecting and disconnecting intermitently, and would only charge normally while being turned off. I took it to my technician and he said it would probably be a problem in the base panel, so he sent it to Acer to be repaired. It came back two weeks later with a brand new base panel. The exact same thing happened when I connected it to the charger, so we sent it back. Two days ago it came back again and they ap

Problems with running games

I suggest you to try installing games in compatibility mode. Compatibility mode runs the program using settings from a previous version of Windows. Follow these steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if that helps.

  Right-click on the setup file and click on ‘Properties’.
  
• 
  Click on the ‘Compatibility’ tab and check the box ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 8/8.1 operating system from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation. Once
  this is done, restart the computer and check if the issue persists.

I would suggest you to refer the below link and check the compatibility of the game with Windows 10.

You may also try installing the game in compatibility mode.

- Did you check in compatibility mode?

I suggest to run the game in compatibility mode by following the steps below and check if it helps.
