Windows 10: Problem with Acer screen

I was playing a game Minecraft on my windows and the Acer screen randomly shut off and I have tried EVERYTHING I could even restarting it, checking the cables if they are plugged and even typing on the keyboard but it’s still black and it seems to have no signal. Attention please: I’m a teen and have ADHD so please be precise with your answers to this because I won’t understand if it’s too difficult, thanks…-Coralie

Acer TC-708A Won't Upgrade

My computer is an AcerTC-708A. This model appears to he compatible with the 1709 update, but after downloading, the computer hangs during restart on the opening screen ("Acer"). I have run the suggested 12 steps but the same result occurs. Is there a
basic hardware problem or something else?
