Windows 10: Problem with activation of TPM on my laptop HP PAVILLON GAMING

Hello everyone,I have an issue with the TPM of my laptop. I want to play TFT, and because of Vanguard I need to activate TPM 1.2 or more, but the thing is that, when I go to my BIOS and set TPM to Active and not Masked, my computer still not see it as you can see on my screen Sorry the screen is in french because I'm french, the screen basically say that TPM is not found and it needs to be activated in the bios, thing I already did but didsn't work.Does anyone have a solution to that issue ? I already tried deactivating safety start but it wasn't concluant.Thanks in advance and have a good d

Need help on whether to clear TPM on not

It's clear as mud. As far as I can tell, it's specific to Windows, not necessarily activated programs like MacAfee, games, etc etc etc. MS Office, I have no idea.

TPM update

Don't know if this is the right place for this thread but whatever, laptop informed me that " a firmware update is needed for you security processor (TPM)," now, i looked up what to do and from a microsoft support thing, the last step says to clear the tpm. it has a warning saying to back up my data, i would like to know what clearing the tpm does, and what measures i need to take to make sure nothing goes wrong.

Unfortunately, if your laptop's BIOS doesn't have an option to enable TPM, then it's not possible to add TPM to your laptop. TPM is a hardware-based security feature, so it's not something that can be added through a software update or driver installation.
