Windows 10: Problem with any Bluetooth earphone when connected

So I have an AirPods Pro 1st Gen & a B&O Beoplay EX. Whenever I connect any of them to my laptop for online meetings with or without webcam, the whole laptop will start to lag and people on the other end will hear my voice stuttering and lagging to the extent that they couldn't make clear of what I was saying. If I connect the earphones and use them for movies/ Spotify or anything similar, there are no issues, no lags, works perfectly fine. As long as I join any meetings and calls on Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp calls, etc., the issue will happen.Things I've

Connecting my Earphones via Bluetooth

I am unable to connect my earphones to my Matebook x pro, I was wondering if it was cause I had already connected them to my own phone, as it wont even appear to the list of devices available for Bluetooth.

I'd like to know more about your concern. Kindly verify if this is the first time that you will connect the wireless earphone to your computer. Have you tried connecting the wireless earphones to another device? If so, are you experiencing the same issue? Which
operating system are you using?

Meanwhile, you can run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter. Follow the steps below if you are using a Windows 10 device:

1. On the Start menu, type Troubleshoot and then hit
   Enter.
   
2. Under Find and fix other problems, click Hardware and Devices, and then select
   Run the troubleshooter.

E71 Samsung bluetooth earphone loses connection

I just purchased the new E71 device, and I try to use it with my Samsung WEP185 earphone.

The earphone pairs and connects without a problem for a first time.

But as E71 temporary losts the earphone from connection range (or the earphone is swithed off and on) - the connection can't be reestablished again,neither automatically nor manually.

Pressing 'connect to audio device' on Samsung device in paired devices list generates 'Unable to create bluetooth connection' message. I can remove the pairing and even reestablish it without a problem, but again I get the same error message on connecting.

The only thing I can do to reestablish the connection is turning the E71 off and swithing it on, so it seems like device's software problem.

I've search the internet for solution, and figured out that many users experience similar problems with Samsung earphones.

I use 100.07.76 version of firmware (the current one).

Can I hope that NOKIA team will fix that problem in their next firmaware update?
